Horley RFC enjoy the social side of rugby and realise that the pressures of work and family commitments can prevent people from training twice a week. However, we take our rugby seriously on the field and the best way to improve as a team and as individuals, whilst keeping fit and healthy, is to train once in a while.

Training takes place at The New Defence every Thursday evening during the season. Rather than running the same drills every week, we vary training so that all of the fundamental skills are covered whilst having a bit of fun and ensuring that general fitness is optimised.
